Dear Debra,

I never cease to be appalled at the abysmal ignorance of our medical
profession when it comes to restoring, rebuilding, and regeneration of our
bodies!!! No calcium? NO HEART BEAT. NO MUSCLES. No lots of things.
That is INSANE ADVICE! ! !

WE MUST HAVE 72 TRACE MINERALS DAILY FOR OPTIMUM HEALTH, no ifs, ands, or
buts. But they are very hard to come by. I get mine from a company in
California that has the best I’ve found. But since I also make them
available to others, I’m not going to say who they are here. I will only
give that out privately.

Cinnamon in the store is OLD, not processed under conditions meant to retain
potency. Same thing for turmeric. I’ve seen several online sources for the

cassia cinnamon. Turmeric is one of the Ayurvedic remedies I import and
sell. It has more uses than I can count.

Just COUNT THE CARBS in that cinnamon toast and you’ll have your
answer…PROBABLY NO, unless you want to be on meds for the rest of your
life.

I have seen many people lose weight on WW, but they never seem to retain
that loss. It’s a healthy program based on THE OLD FOOD PYRAMID. It is NOT
based on the newer and better one. Diana Schwarzbein, MD, author of my
favorite book of all time for eating guidance, "The Schwarzbein Principle"
has a better program BY FAR.

There are MANY natural laxaties, among them Triphala (this is the #1 best
selling Ayurvedic remedy of all time and I always keep it in stock), Senna,
Cascara Sagrada, Buckthorn, and Aloe.

Hi,
I tried to get stevia at one of our Health food stores here & they
didnt
carry it.I also tried the cassia cinnamon & they didnt know what I was
talking about….what is the difference in cinniamon we buy at the store in
a
seasoning form?Is cinniamon toast with wheat bread & s plenda bad .I think
that is a good sweet satisfier too me.I also wondered about the weight
watchers points diet? Has any tried this? one of my friends swears by it.but
she isnt diabetic.she said you stay full you just count points. as for
calcium it plugs me up.I have problems with that alot.any advice on a good
natural laxative? a nurse told me (a Dr. said)minerals work agaisnt your
heart, it scared me….too take any…my aunt uses minerals daily to keep
her
regulated.she is diabetic.Thanks,Debra

    Thanks Jewell, for the info on the natural laxative & My Dr. didnt tell me I
    could not have calcium.My mom told me it would stop you up because it did her
    badly…so I want take calcium because I believe in my mom.Shes almost 75
    now…..Thankyou, for your advice I do appreciate it.
    as for linda she has a right to be on the list…we all have our thoughts
    & opionions.No one has to use her advice if they dont want too…Try to be a
    little kinder Jewell & not so judgemental ,Please.were all here to try & help
    the other one .Right?
    I dont know if you realize that what you type can sound pretty Harsh.I
    have an older sister like that .she has a big heart.she just hasnt a knack
    for words….ha lol=:)
