I love carbs too...Rice,Bread,Potatoes...BUT everytime I slipped &#38; ate
them .I paid the price.I felt bad because they make your sugars
soar........So in order to control your sugars .you need too eat more
vegetables &#38; eat cheese some to replace your dislike of meat....

I totally agree. But, even eating low carb, how do you deal with your
cravings? I've been a carb-holic all my life, and trying to completely
change my way of eating has been a huge struggle. It's like you must have
willpower of iron, which I unfortunately don't have. I can't stand meat
hardly at all, so eating high protein is very difficult. I always in the past
skipped the meat and ate the vegetables and breads and pastas.
