<description>Go on a very low carb diet, Atkins, Bernstein. Just try one meal. This works
for me, but you may still need insulin. I didn't want insulin, so I went the
Atkins route.

		<description>Dear Jewell Elizabeth,

Yep - I might have imperfect knowledge, but at least I try not to be
super-critical.

I know my products; I know what they do. I've studied and worked with
people SUCCESSFULLY for 40 years now. I think I do know a thing or two
about natural health and healing.

Linda
ASK ME HOW TO PUT YOUR
BODY BACK IN BALANCE!

She says it upsets her stomach.
How can you say NEVER?
&lt;!--more--&gt;
Hardly impacts is not NEVER.
Could you possibly have imperfect knowledge?

<description>Well, I can understand being afraid of acid reflux, but that is almost
ALWAYS the result of ingesting NON organic supplements or medications. I've
been an herbal healer for forty years now, and I know how to handle acid
reflux. It is NOT a permanent condition once you learn how to correct it.

I use and recommend ONLY whole food type supplementation, and many times in
liquid forms. We do NOT have the problem with acid reflux with the people I
work with. And I've helped thousands over my lifetime.

Somebody also mentioned glycemic index: LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX FOODS are really
mandatory! Plus they can be DELICIOUS!

And there are LOTS of proteins out there...all these tips are WONDERFUL for
those who are striving to control their blood sugars without drugs or with
minimal medical intervention!
&lt;!--more--&gt;

ASK ME HOW TO PUT YOUR
BODY BACK IN BALANCE!

Not to argue, but when I reported that it hurt my stomach, the man I bought
it from told me that they have from time to time had other people tell them
the same thing. And yes, it is dissolved under the tongue so that it is
absorbed into the saliva, still enough gets to the stomach/esophagus to
cause
a problem if you have a problem with acid reflux.

<description>Hi.... I wonder --- if not too much trouble, it would be extremely helpful if
you could write out sample menus for say 2 days of eating, so that we can see
what you DO eat. I would love to see my fasting level in the 70-80 range !
How high was yours when diagnosed, and how long did it take you to get it
under control ?
Thank you.

<description>Gourdin has NEVER upset anyone's stomach, to my knowledge. In fact, it is
dissolved under the tongue, so for all purposes it hardly impacts the
stomach.
