Apple cider vinegar studies
I just had to laugh at a comment I read … please, don’t be offended, but even
mentioning that something is not taken seriously by the health industry and thus
should not be believed is funny to me. DUH! I don’t believe 99% of what the
INDUSTRY says and wouldn’t place much credence in anything they teach. I will
stay with the outcasts, the mavericks and pariahs: I have found their advice
FAR more believable, usable, and effective!
I know apple cider vinegar works for many of us.

I had never heard of vinegar turning into cholesterol, so
did a search on that.
Found just the opposite of what you say.

I don’t know what diabetes has to do with this subject, but
hats off to your husband for a job well done on his hba1c.
I have diabetes as well, type 2 and my hba1c is 4.8. (15.8
at time of dx)
This is the first time I have ever heard of vinegar turning
into chlosterol and I would have to read a whole lot about
it……. from different sources……….ponder the
info……..and then make up my mind whether to put it on
the back burner or accept it as fact. I’m sorry, but right
now it’s on the back burner.
