I have diabetes as well, type 2 and my hba1c is 4.8. (15.8 at time of dx) This is the first time I have ever heard of vinegar turning into chlosterol and I would have to read a whole lot about it....... from different sources..........ponder the info........and then make up my mind whether to put it on the back burner or accept it as fact.
