ounce of prevention
i’ve been hearing that vitamin e can help eliminate possible harmful
complications such as blindness, kidney failure, amputations, etc.
is there any truth to that? i know that nutrition is only one
component of managing diabetes (in addition to blood sugar and
exercise), but is "e" all it’s cracked up to be? if anyone can
comment i’d appreciate it.
thanks

Vitamin E and Vitamin C are both a necessity for
diabetics.
