Glycemic index

Jewell’s posting REALLY helped me figure out why the glycemic index hadn’t
worked for me. I am far more interested, with a couple minor exceptions
(like Idaho baked potatoes or peanut butter), in the CARB VALUE of foods,
for that is the only way I can control diabetes and keep my blood sugar in
the normal range without meds.
