		<description>Hi Roxanne, I'm new, too. I read Schwarzbein recently and it seems like a
really great program. I'm considering doing it but am put off by all the
restrictions with things like caffeine and nitrates. It makes sense to
eliminate them, but it was so hard for me to give up sugary pop, I can't
give up my diet pop now. And I'd really miss things like salami and
pepperoni. But I must admit that she's very persuasive.

Are you following her plan or just considering it?

&lt;BR&gt;I am new here and have a question. Do any of you follow the Schwarzbein Principle for healing your body?

		<description>Linda,

I am certainly glad your diabetes is under control!

However, I would have to agree that peripheral neuropathy
is hardly diagnostic for NIDDM.

Sincerely,

=====
Anecdotes are useless precisely because they may point to idiosyncratic
responses.
