		<description>I take them about 20 minutes after eating. But,
besides the cinnamon, I believe my diet is the most
significant change for me in controling my BSL...I
dont think cassia cinnamon allows me to go &#34;off the
wagon&#34; and eat something stupid.

I make my own capsules 'O' size and use six capsules
each time.....I have done alot of self testing to come
up with what I feel is best for me....Cassia Cinnamon
is the most common, and depending where it comes from
will depend on the strength....Australia is the
weakest and Saigon Cinnamon is the strongest...I use
the Australia home grown as this is where I
live....Hopefully, I will be making tincture of Cassia
Cinnamon, when it is completed and self tested I'll
post the results...

feet...Butcher's Broom.....that is the correct name..I
and a few of my friends here in Australia are having
