EAting Zero Carbs - I have proof

To defend Dick, though he probably doesn’t need my help. I did find some
of my research, sorry it can’t be more, but I am so busy right now.
Dr. Eades book Protein Power on page 148 states "As to the danger of it
(he is referring to eating less than 70 to 10 grams of carbs a day)
traditional Eskimos, living above the Arctic Circle, eat virtually no
carbohydrate and do fine."
Then on Page 9 - "Eskimos eat very little carbohydrate, in fact no
carbohydrate during the winter, and survive nicely to a ripe old age.
Although their diet is composed of a large quantity of protein and
enormous amount of fat, Eskimos suffer very little heart disease,
diabetes, obesity (despite the cartoons), high blood pressure, and all
the other diseases we associate with a more civilized lifestyle."

This research was done by Stefansson and Anderson. They reported that
Eski os were able to live on nothing but caribou meat all winger while
performing arduous work, expending great amounts of energy without
consequience. Both explorers agreed to be studied while hospitalized in
Bellevie Hospital in NY for one year. They ate a meat diet of more than
1500 carolies a day and 75% fat. At the end of the year both had lost 6
pounds and their blood levels were normal.
So, instead of killing yourself from eating no carbs, you will probably
cure yourself of most of the problems we all have.
