Hi :o)
My BS was 201 30 minutes after eating dinner and taking
the chromium...in 2 hours after feeling ill it was
103...pretty normal for me...I am going to stop the
chromium for now because today after lunch I literally
passed out,my son was talking to me and I could hear him
but I couldn't wake up or move for about 45 minutes, then
when I checked my BS it was 96...I had not taken the
chromium today at all...it was my dietitian that wanted
me to take it in the first place, she said it will be no
problem as long as I take it with a meal...I think I
will keep my 19 pounds before I play with this again,I
bought the lowest dose you can buy(of chromium) from a
drug store...I will keep drinking my water and walking
my daily 4 miles and if I don't loose another pound so
<!--more-->
be it,this was like being in a coma...
Hope all is well :o)

Monica,

I have used various chromium supplements in the past
with no success. Their are many pros and cons offered
on the net and from what I have read I personally
would be very cautious.
