REply to Joe

<Phyllis: you have the indication of a defficiency of
minerals chromium & vanadium which are required for
sugar regulation. Once the levels are down, it’s a true
pain to get them back. My experience has been that only
colloidal suspensions work & then only if there is TOTAL
removal of all caffeine & carbonated soft drinks [which
depletes stomach acid & prevents mineral absorption].

I am already taking these vitamins and minerals. I have any glucophage
now in about 2 weeks and my blood sugar is 123. I am so amazed that with
no change in diet (Atkins) or exercise, my blood sugar is 50 points
lower without all the diabetic meds.

No, American Ginseng does it everytime. Today at 12 noon my blood sugar
was 160. I took 2 grams (the study used 3 grams) of American Ginseng.
Went to lunch and ate about 3/4 cup of mushrooms and 5 chicken wings
dipped in blue cheese dressing. 2 hours later my blood sugar was 134.

So, tonight I didn’t take more ginseng. I am a little scarred to take
too much. But, I will keep experimenting.

Someone else on the group told me to use Vitamin e to lower the blood
sugar. I haven’t tried it yet. If I do I will keep you posted as usual.
