Hope this is helpful to you.

the URL and a short blurb as to what it is about is helpful.

I get the mail in digest form and if the page comes as an attachment it is

Saturday, May 31st, 2003

Everyone,

Hi! My name is Linda, and I just joined this web page, I wasn’t going to
post anything just yet, but I’m a bit concerned right now.

Before I say my concern, let me just say, I don’t know anything about
Diabetes, I’ve been emailing with 2 people, who has Diabetes, and I thought
it would be an interesting subject to look into.

So have mercy on me, if I post something wrong, I’m new at this.

I’m on the Eat Right For Your Blood Type, AB, and I’m also on the Eat Right
For Your Body Type Diet (also known as the Metabolism Diet).
So I thought this would be an interesting web page to join.

Thanks re: Gerson therapy

Tuesday, May 27th, 2003

Hi everybody
I just want to thank everyone who took the time to write in response to
my request for info on Gerson therapy.
I am still investigating but here is what I have so far (from
literature the Gerson Institute). Though the main focus is the cure of
cancer the also claim great success with diabetes, particularly with type
II, I am not sure what is meant by cure…if they are referring to a return
to the prediabetic condition or merely the cessation of symptoms through
lifelong diet modification, they do seem to be saying however that diabetic
complications as well as many other diseases can be avoided however, as to
type I diabetes, the person would have to adhere to fairly strictly to the
diet for life but they seem to suggest that many of complications can be
avoided here also. From what I have read the process is very intensive in
time and can be quite expensive (only organic foods are to be eaten,
supplements must be used, a special type of juicer must be purchased and

I am very interested but would like more info first. Thank you very much.

<<I am not at all tired of Graphe. And I enjoy the humor that Jeff puts
in his replies. What I am tired of is the senseless bickering that goes

more and more flames to get to it. I am about to give up and drop off
the list myself.>>

I am not tired of Graphe either. Why is all this bickering being sent to
the list anyway? It should be private because it involves only a few people
and not the rest of us.

I get the list in digest form and at least half of it consists of the
garbage people don’t bother to cut when they are replying to specific posts.

Hi, I am new here.

Saturday, May 10th, 2003

Hello out there,
My name is Jennifer and I belong to several other lists and when my
husband had a heart attack, I thought I would look for a onelist that
might help him.
He is 35 years old and very heavy now from a mild permenent back
injury recieved in a motorbike accident 10 years ago. 5′9" and 308,
he has had a hard time exercising between the back injury and all the
hours he put into his job.(Going to have a lot more time now) In the
last 6 months he has been diagnosed with hypothyroid, high
cholesteral and now on set diabeties (i think that is how you say
it). Last Sunday he had a mild, we think, heart attack and as I don’t
understand alot about this, I am seeking out information to learn
about how I can help him. He is going to be on a very restricted diet
now and I am choosing to go on this diet to help him stay on it and
I, a hypothroid, need to lose quite a bit of weight too. If you know
