Mary
first of all, buckwheat is not wheat… it is a separate and distinct
grain… and it can be boiled and eaten like rice or any other whole
grain… used in breads… and there are buckwheat noodles available, i do
not use them but i would guess they are wheat with buckwheat added, but i am
just guessing,,, more than that i do not know, maybe someone out there can
be of more help….???

in the mean time, until i learn how to cook more with buckwheat i will just
keep eating those one pound lobsters as often as i can !!! (sadly though, i
live on the we t coast and that is not often enough)

can you please tell me (us) more about the blood type diet… i know
nothing, and i thought i had a good and diversified dietary knowledge…
websites?

it feels…

it seems i can choose beteen 3 1/2 ounces of buckwheat or a one pound

DietWatch look-a-like

Saturday, February 1st, 2003

I am a type 2 diabetic and also have high blood
pressure. I have been using DietWatch for a while
now and really like all of it’s features. However
it is not designed for Diabetics. I have sent
DietWatch email and they say they have a Diabetic
program in process, but could not give me a release
date.
Is anyone using software similar to DietWatch that
will let you track and chart/graph your daily
intake of calories and everything, but also lets
you add B/S to the graph.
