Hi everyone,

My name is Amit and I live in London. My mother has maturity onset diabetes
since 1985. She takes metformin 850mg twice daily and gliclazide 80 mg (pm).

I’ve encouraged to do some mild exercise and we try and go for walks whenever
poss. to local park.
She has had lot of stuff deal with in relation to diabetes:

Stroke 1993 (now recovered)
Pancreatatis (not sure if this is totally cured as yet)

Anyway what do other list members suggest for natural remedies.

We now have a juice extractor and have fresh carrot juice as we were told this

is a good thing for diabetes.
